For all the innovative things in the making, Digital India Foundation presents Solve4India, India’s first ever Civic-Tech competition. The event is a platform for all the innovators, who are working to come up with an Indian technology which could help tackle societal issues. The event’s registration is open until 11th February 2018 and the finalists will be announced by 13th February 2018. The award distribution ceremony will be held at IIT BHU on 21st February 2018. The winners will be honored with a cash prize of INR 50000 and the first and second runners-up will receive INR 30000 and INR 20000 respectively.
Digital India Foundation(DIF) is a non-profit trust started with the aim to utilize the internet and related technologies for developmental processes. This organization was founded by Ashok Malik, Arvind Gupta and Samir Saran and this organization conduct debates and discussions on various opportunities and options formulated by our Government and its Digital India programme. If you thought the discussion and debates of DIF were limited to Digital Literacy, Smart Cities, Make in India, Innovation Incubation, E-business, Participative Governance and disintermediation of markets, you are highly mistaken. The forum will felicitate the best innovation and will help the innovators to make a mark in their respective field. Along with the cash money, the winners will be awarded a certificate of appreciation whereas all participants will receive a certificate of participation.
